    Meet the Chef

    Chef Alexis is highly trained and has completed CIA Pro Chef II certification at the Culinary Institute of America in Dallas. This 3-tier culinary certification is a testament to her dedication, skills, and talent. Chef Alexis is also highly decorated with Midwest Regional and National Chef Competition gold medals. Her passion for food, creativity, and guest delight will help you create a memorable event.

    National Brand Catering

    National brands on campus feature items for quick and easy pick-up service. Dining Dollars and credit are accepted. Brands are unable to accept Workday Tags. National Brand Catering is offered during Fall/Winter semester regular business days. Please pay close attention to locations during breaks and spring/summer.       Email your completed form to pandaexpress@gvsu.edu or deliver to Panda Express, located in Crave (main level Kirkhof Center). 

      Panda Express Catering is offered during Fall/Winter semester regular business days (closed breaks and spring/summer).

    • Einstein Bros. Bagels

      Email your completed form to einsteins@gvsu.edu or deliver to Einstein's inside Holton-Hooker LLC or the Pew Campus location inside DeVos Center.

      Einstein's Catering is offered during Fall/Winter semester on regular business days (closed breaks and spring/summer).

    • Jet's Pizza

      Laker Food Co. Catering partners with our local Jet's Pizza!  

      To Place Your Order 

      All Jet’s Pizza catering orders must be placed online at JetsPizza.com.  A 15% gratuity will be added to all GVSU catering orders once the order is received. 

      All orders placed with Jet’s Pizza must be pre-paid using your P-Card.   

      • Orders over $250 require a 48 hour lead time and must be called into the store.  (616) 895-0895 
      • Orders over $100 require a 24 hour lead time. 

      For deliveries, please be sure to include the following in the Delivery Instructions or Order Notes field: 

      1. Name of customer receiving order 
      1. Phone Number of customer receiving order 
      1. Delivery Location: Building Name, room number, etc 
      1. Qty of Plates, Napkins, etc  (if required) 
      • A miscellaneous charge may be added to the sale after the order has been received. 

      Tax Exempt 

      To ensure your order is Tax Exempt, the phone number used when ordering must be pre-registered with Jet’s Pizza.
